Les Misérables


W ub. wtorek wybralam sie do Queen's Theatre na musical '' Nedznicy''. Pelen rozmachu show powstal na podstawie powiesci Wiktora Hugo, sklada sie z dwoch aktow i trwa prawie 3 godziny. Na te trzy godziny doslownie '' przenioslam'' sie w czasie do XIX wiecznej Francji. Sprawily to wartka akcja, piekne scenografie, przejmujaca  muzyka, oraz  dopracowane kostiumy i charakteryzacja. Byly to trzy godziny przygody, wzruszen, duzych emocji i usmiechu przez lzy. Nic dziwnego, ze spektakl odniosl oszalamiajacy sukces, podbil serca publicznosci i od prawie 30 wciaz jest grany na londynskim West Endzie. Zdecydowanie warto zobaczyc!

Last Tuesday I went to watch Les Misérables in London's West End. The show was based on the novel by Victor Hugo and it lasted three hours. I felt  that for these 3 hours I was transported  back in time because of its beautiful music and songs, set design and costums from that era. It was a great show, no wonder it has been running for almost 30 years. 
Well worth watching!

      You are not allowed to take any pics in the theatre especially during the show, so the pictures are from the book:-)

      If you want to see a show in the West End I would recommend '' The phantom of the opera'' in Her Majesty Theatre. It's the best show I've ever seen. Nothing can compare :)

    I watched the same show many years ago! I also like Ms Saigon, also watched in London. I think London is the place to watch shows like this. I like your blog and what about we keep in touch through BL and GFC? I'll start following now and hope to see you on my blog :)
